CENTRAL CALIFORNIA
Christmas 2005
We spent the Christmas holidays in an RV park in Morro Bay CA, far away from family & friends whom we missed a lot.
However, we decided we were going to have a good time.
We were gifted with this tree, lights & decorations by Hanna & Parker, the children of Sandra's nephew Brent, when we visited them earlier in the month - a perfect size for our RV.
We had brought this neat Santa stitchery with us, made by Sandra's creative niece, Joy.
Presents arrived from family and friends.
We had some pretty parcels & decorations.
Santa filled stockings for Skipper, Mermaid & Buddy.
It was Buddy's first Christmas, and he sure liked playing in the wrapping.
He got a kick out of his presents too.
Barbara & Ron, some friends of Rod's from sailboat cruising in Mexico, live full-time in a large RV in the same park. They very kindly invited us to share dinner with them & another neighbour, Mary-Kay.
Here's Rod & Ron chatting over their computer, probably solving the problems of the world.
It was cozy and we had a very tasty dinner, including the last of our wedding cake.
…. and to all a good night.
