Visit with
Dianne & Peter
Peter is Rod's pal from highschool and they later shared an apartment as young single guys. As a couple we connected with Peter & his wife Dianne when they visited us in Bellingham in June 2005, and the four of us took a trip on our boat. Note Peter's New Zealand sweatshirt - he & Dianne are taking another trip to her homeland in March 2006.
It was enjoyable to reconnect at their lovely home in Pleasant Hill. With a few limbs removed from their trees, we were able to park the motorhome out front.
However, we spent all our time with Dianne & Peter & their daughter Jennifer, and Buddy had a great time roaming through their yard. Jennifer kindly "dog-sat" Buddy for our day on San Francisco Bay with Peter's family. This is a photo of the five of us out for dinner.
We also spent a happy day visiting Dianne & Peter's other daughter, Poppy and her family - husband Spencer & kids Simon & Emma. Here's a photo of Dianne & Peter with their children & grandchildren.
