Welcome to our site
            and our lives.
We have several purposes in developing this site:
-  to be a contact with family and friends
-  to act as a log of our travels and adventures
-  to have another big learning on the internet, which has so
   enriched our lives.

We are a couple long on life experience, but young in relationship, having married 24 July 2004.  Our life is now being shared with a 1-year-old, mostly cocker spaniel named Buddy.
Sandra will be writing in this blue type,
Rod will be writing in black type,
Buddy (you read it right!) will be writing in brown type. 
However, we share thoughts & ideas back & forth, and so, although Sandra is the main typist, she will often reflect ideas & thoughts from all of us.

Our intention is to let family and friends know by email when new information or photos have been added to the site.  If you are receiving this notification now and don't wish to, please let us know.

If you have a 'Dial-Up Modem' you may find this site to be too slow. It has LOTS of photos and is best viewed with a broadband (high speed) internet connection.

This is definitely a "work in progress".  We have made an effort to keep our writings "user friendly" so that, if you don't know anything about RVs for instance, as Sandra didn't, you'll find out what "locker" and "toad" mean.  We're developing more information, and will have a "What's New" area in future postings.
